What airport to fly into?

When should my flight arrive?

Make sure your flight arrives by 4:30 PM on Tuesday, January 16th. Welcome reception starts at 7PM! Use ride-share to head straight to the resort which will take about 30mins.

When should my flight depart?

We will have events all the way to Friday evening, January 19th. Therefore, we recommend you depart Saturday morning unless you are extending your bizcation.

How long do I have to reserve my hotel?

I want to bring a spouse, kids or a guest - how many tickets will I need?

You will need one ticket for each adult attending the the full summit with workshops and meals provided. A $75 ticket ($100 at the door) will be available to guests who only wish to attend the Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner. Please note that you will need to take a regular ticket to attend any of the business sessions.

What hotel are we staying at?

The Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort

Bonnet Creek AAA Four-Diamond rated hotel located minutes away from the Walt Disney World. (Link for resort map)

SPOUSE

A ticket will be required to attend the sessions (highly recommended for spouses), and other activities or eat with the group. If they will participate at the Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner ONLY, we are offering an add on ticket of $75.

CHILDREN

A ticket is not required for children below 18 y/o, but they also won't be able to participate in the activities, meals, or attend sessions.

OTHER GUESTS

A ticket will be required for business partners who are in Conquer and plan to attend sessions, join the activities, or eat with the group.

How long should I book my hotel stay?

We provide discounted rates from January 9th to the 25th so feel free to extend your stay with the hotel or explore other parts of FL before or after. The beach (Cocoa Beach) is roughly 1hr away! Lock in your rates HERE or call the hotel at 407-390-2375 and don't forget to mention you're booking for the Conquer Summit!

The hotel runs out of capacity very easily. The deadline to book your hotel stay at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek is December 12, 2023. This is on a first come, first served basis. Please book sooner than later to reserve your room and take advantage of the discount.

Will I have time to explore on my own?

Absolutely! - this is an ultimate Biz-cation with sessions wrapping up by 4pm daily, and a half day Friday, to explore after. Orlando has several attractions nearby. Bring the family along and check out Disney World! Its only 2 miles (6 mins) from the hotel.

Conquer-Certified Coaches and Accountability Advisors will be in attendance to celebrate wins and strategize YOUR plan for 2024.

You have a couple options to purchase your tickets. You will be offered to book your room after your purchase.

Each ticket includes 3-day attendance, breakfasts and lunches for three days, welcome reception on Tuesday and Awards Dinner.
